Hanamomo no Sato
This private property was originally used by the Faculty of Agriculture at Utsunomiya University for collaborative research. 40 different varieties of flowering peach trees where collected from around the world and grown here. The area features around 300 trees spread over an area of 8,000 square meters. From late April to May the area comes alive with color as the trees all come in to bloom. It is located about 15 minutes walk from Iizaka Onsen Station.
