Jorakuen

Expertly crafted Japanese garden

Jorakuen

Jorakuen is a recreation of a traditional Japanese garden of the 14th to 16th centuries. Throughout spring you can see a range of flowering plants including cherry blossoms in April, and rhododendrons and a variety of irises in May. In autumn, the maple leaves and ‘hagi’ (Japanese clover) bring colors to the garden. Jorakuen really highlights the beauty of the four seasons in Japan.
